raya closure
September 29, 2009I am officially ending my Raya mode.
Enough is enough.
I cannot eat another Raya cookie or ketupat or whatever. They’re taking over my life and my wardrobe!!
For the sake of my health, I have to stop telling myself “It’s OK, it’s Raya. You can eat that cookie and that lemang and rendang and that lamb and that steak and that cake.”
I’m taking control of my life again. And that means no more eating all this unhealthy food.
Nevertheless, I’ve had an awesome Raya with family and friends.
Getting to know new people and catching up with old friends. It was awesome!
i am glad that you had a great time during raya. u had the most unconventional raya, raya with friends and all. My family would most likely raya on the road, relatives back in kg and thats it. Glad u made new friends.Selamat hari raya to you.
hehe..good to see that you’re happy..you take care..Selamat Hari Raya v.
I love this post, cos I’m in it. LOL. So now that the whole raya thing is done, let me know when you wanna go shopping alright. I’m not working, so I’m free any day, any time. heee 😀 But this time let me know in advance, because I need to rent a bus – incase you need to buy a bigger ironing board. 🙂
