April 3, 2010NOW I know why it’s so nice to have daughters/nieces/granddaughters! You get to dress them up with clothes and accessories. And because they’re little toddlers, they couldn’t care less what they wear; their only priority is “Where’s my milk?”
So today, I dressed my niece up.

HAHAHA she was soooo cute!! She was too busy playing with fridge magnets to notice me putting Chanel pearls, a scarf and feather headband over her. I slipped on her my T-shirt which made a perfect maxi dress. Very Nicole Richie, don’t you think? 😉
Something still wasn’t right with this “look” (Whatever that look is…let’s just call it Proudduck’s genius idea haha)
Of course!! A handbag!!
I would’ve given her heels, but she might ruin them. I couldn’t risk that!
We were all cooing over how cute she looked, and she just had this “What’s going on?” face. It was hilarious.
But she has potential, this one! Can’t wait for her to grow up. She’s gonna be my muse. (Well see la how…if she’s still cute later on in life)
cute.. but why have to censor her eyes.. she’s innocent! =P
haha sorry, privacy reasons!
Hun, please take this as a gentle reminder.
If you niece is already 2 years old, then you have another year before she has a mind of her own in deciding what to wear, what colour looks good, what to eat, what YOU should do (and not her), where to go, who should accompany her… and if she doesn’t get what she wants, she will demand for it. Trust me. I have 4 nieces and am sharing this piece of info with you. Luckily the youngest is just 4 months old and she and her sister is in Japan. One of my nieces just discovered high heels and she’s only 4! I blame it on Suri Cruise! Nevertheless, I love them… btw, this week one of them loves purple, and the other nieces all wanted purple too. Ahhh… luckily, I am just the aunt who sees them once a week. LOL!
