V, i’ve been keeping this to myself but i think it’s time for me to voice out my dissatisfaction with FV. Customer service is pretty terrible as FV does not bother updating me about my requests. This has been going on for sometime. Like if i enquire whether or not a shirt is still available, FV says yes and promises that regular updates will be sent on the matter but sadly they never do. I have to ask them and also my other enquiries are not being answered. FV is only prompt at replying when i make purchases. It’s unfair. Please improve your customer service if you plan to stay around for a long time, with this kinda service, FV will easily die out among the many efficient online websites. I hope you see this as a constructive criticism, i would reveal exact details and just how many times this has happened if i wanted to be nasty. I’m just an unhappy customer.
I know FV team might have a lot of incoming emails to handle but it’s funny that FV emails me almost straight away once i place order on FV’s website whilst totally ignoring my previous mails with enquiry. And i would highly appreciate it if you can send me an email when my order has been shipped, along with tracking number.

Thank you for your feedback. We really apologise for overlooking your enquiries. We’re constantly trying to improve our customer service so your feedback is very useful to us.
Just to explain, we always keep a record for enquiries and reservations and we tell customers we will inform them once the stocks are in, so if we haven’t gotten back to you, that means we haven’t gotten the stocks from the designers yet. However, we apologise for not updating you from time to time.
The order notification emails are automated. Hope that clears the air.
I would love to look into your issues personally but you provided a fake email address so I won’t be able to contact you.

She leaves a comment publicly like that and you just believe her PD? she could be someone nasty who is just trying to humiliate you PD.
I know this because I am a REGULAR customer and I am very very happy with FV’s customer service. Always prompt and helpful.

And even if she WAS an unhappy customer, why have to write comment on your BLOG POST? if not to humiliate you, she could’ve emailed your blog address if she doesn’t want to email your FV email.
Ohh wow. Tense times. Just wanna say I’m excited for the blog also my queries are always answered, sometimes almost immediately.
Also I agree that is nicer if complaints were private. Just my 2 cents
Whats so nasty about it? Come to think about it, PD’s comments are not moderated and they appear almost immediately after hitting the submit button so if my intention was to humiliate her, i could have done better than that no? But truth is, i’m just disappointed with FV since this has been on going for quite sometime now. It’s as simple as that, nothing deeper. Thanks V for your response, i did not get an automated email though so perhaps you should check your system?
I left a fake email only because websites often flood my inbox with spam mails and after all there’s no harm choosing to stay anonymous as i do not abuse my anonymity. You can choose to delete the comment if you want, i’m just glad u got a chance to read my grievances. Please don’t get uptight about it. I wish FV further successes.

As a satisfied FV customer who has had wonderful customer service, I do wonder what your motives are for writing your disappointments on PD’s blog or everyone to see. If the disappointments are even true, of course. You’d have to agree with me that only people with vengeance would publicise this to give one’s business a bad name, if the complaint is even true.
Not a worry, i would not be disappointed if i dont plan to shop with FV ever again but i actually do check FV pretty often and i do love the site. I hope it’s not too much to ask for, all i wanted was a bit more efficiency. And please do me a favour and delete the comment i made regarding FV, i do not want it to be blown out of proportion and after thinking about it, it would have been wiser to contact you directly rather than leaving a blog comment. I leave comments on other blogs too but i forgot that you got a significant number of readers.

Mengadalau, it’ll be a lie if i were to say i wasn’t a teeny bit angry over what happened but i hold no grudges. I wrote it without thinking twice and without thinking of the consequences, perhaps thats why the post sounded a bit too emotional for the public eyes. I’m glad that many of you had a pleasant experience with FV. I have only made one purchase and i hope to make more purchases soon and i look forward to enjoy the pleasant experience you guys have been talking about.
