I get sucked in with customer service like this…

At the door greeting us when we had our meeting.

This was done by our wedding photographer, The PhotoZ.

Vs. our food tasting…

I appreciate the effort, but come onnn you HAVE to know the spelling of your customers’ names!

It shows that you’ve done your homework and you appreciate them.

That’s customer service….well…not even lesson 1…it’s what they teach at orientation.
