Remember I mentioned a new development called Arte Subang West a few weeks back?

Well I went for their launch and got to see and touch the model of the development. It’s pretty cool!

Ready to see the building block?

They had a touch-screen display of the marketing artistic impressions of the project and all the features in the sales gallery.

My first impression was that it’s so bright and colourful, and the fact that each unit is a duplex is pretty cool. I’ve always wondered what it would be like to live in a duplex.

Arte Subang West is definitely a cool and artsy unit full of amazing features that have been carefully thought about and each detail is paid attention to. I like that!

Their main feature I would say is their 3-level iconic glass cube that serves as a chill-out place for the residents. I’ve never seen anything like it! Loookkk.

While you chill with your friends, or read a book quietly, you can see the outside surroundings and the skyline. While others outside look with envy.

In the lounge, there is a vondom lighted furniture collection that’s designed by renowned designer Karim Rashid.

On the model:

There’s also water feature surrounding the glass cube that makes it cooling and refreshing.

Awesome lifestyle living!

On the other side of the building, there’s the pool.

Even the pool isn’t just an ordinary pool! It has striped pattern (like the Paul Smith design!), rocks and other arty element that makes it stand out from other developments.

There is also a jacuzzi, a barbeque area and a fully equipped aqua gym so you can work out in the pool!

On the model:

There is a gym and a cafe that overlooks the pool. If I was one of the people in the gym, I’d definitely just come down because it’s just too inviting! Haha.

Where, you ask?

Arte Subang West is super strategic in its location in that it’s smack in the cross of the federal highway and elite highway. There’s a Tesco Extra at the back making it a convenient place to live.

One thing I couldn’t forget was that Nusmetro took the effort to build this real-life display of you walking through to check out the whole development/building. You could go upstairs, downstairs, wherever you want to explore the development. And it’s all by the kinect censor.

That’s me going up to my room.

Each unit is about RM 450,000+ to 700,000+ depending on which unit you want. Early bird discounts and attractive packages await.
