Ok ok stop whatever else you’re doing.

It’s time to be proud of me now.

Our first home-cooked meal made by moi!

So I cheated and used store-bought pasta sauce, but I made the beef myself and that’s what’s most important for the flavour.

I like to make up my own theories to suit myself, thanks.

Boil pasta. Add salt.

Set aside.

Tumis bawang, beef, salt, pepper, mixed herbs.

(that’s right, I know TUMIS!!)

I’ve tried a few and found Homepride to be the best.

So mix the sauce with the pasta and beef. Mix well.

Sprinkle some mozzarella cholesterol yummyness.

Wrap with aluminum foil and pop it in the oven for 20 mins.

After waiting and waiting in front of the oven… it was finally ready!

Clearly I looked more excited than Dean.

It was so good guys. SO GOOD!!!!
