travel notes
February 15, 2014Everytime Dean and I travel anywhere, it’s a must for us to get this travel guide book. I have a special place on the bookshelf where I arrange the books so I can remember the places we’ve explored together. We’ll jot down notes and circle places we’ve been on the map, just as a memorabilia. When we get old and wrinkly and can’t travel anymore, we’ll just flip through the pages and point to places with our shaky fingers. Hehe.
Bali was our first international destination with Daniel, so it’ll always be extra memorable. Not only because it’s a whole new traveling chapter for us, but also because the pages of the travel book is super wrinkly and has creases everywhere. Thanks a lot, Daniel for eating the pages.
How do you remember your holidays?
Wearing fishtail shirt from Mizz Demeanor, elephant print skirt from Sunny Girl, metal plate belt from Free Flow, scarf from Tudung Sisters, all FashionValet.
I have a travel notepad with me when I go travelling! I jot down what we did, ate and how I felt in that notepad hehe ๐
Mugs. Most of them really garish.
i love the pictures you include your post. They’re very creative and chic. Your blogging style has involved tremendously since your first ever blog post. I remember those days! Haha.

(cheapskatenya I ni……)..hehehehh
being traveling with hubby for 6 years plus but this year gonna be a bit memorable, for we are going to Japan with our lil precious, insyaAllah ๐
Pictures..load of pictures.
Pictures and videos. And mind you I take gazillions of them when we travel. Haha.
Me and my husband will send a postcard to our-self back to home (home as in Malaysia). Everything started when we didn’t get our passport stamped when we first travel around EU, so we decided to get it from a postcard instead! We wrote anything we feel for that particular place in there, and totally had fun reading our own notes 3-4 weeks later. A bit leceh because the first thing we gotta do when we arrive is to buy a postcard and find a post office, but it now becomes a routine and we are always excited to collect our postcard from the mailbox every time we go back. ๐
