breathe with aere
October 26, 2014I was going through London pictures and found this ootd we took in a quaint street near to where we stayed. Having a major throwback moment right now and feeling so refreshed looking at the pictures, especially this outfit. An all-white (or rather, cream) is a tricky one and not such a smart choice for moms with toddlers. But being the rebel that I am, I stayed away from Daniel, which made him want me even more… he was probably thinking Mommy you’re such a tease today. So yes, I came home with stains on myself, my clothes and my headscarf. What else is new?
I thought I’d feature this jacket I’m wearing from a fellow blogger’s upcoming label aere. I love how expensive I felt in it as the texture is so luxe, and the gold hardware that comes with it shows how meticulous this brand is, just like its owner, Raja Nadia Sabrina. They even say aere on them! Tres cool, Sab! The brand hasn’t even launched and already has over 5,000 followers on Instagram. Amazeballs.
Launching with other designs (I’ve seen them too… dibs!!) on FashionValet this TUESDAY. By the time you’re reading this, it’s Monday, which means aere is launching TOMORROW.
Wearing scarf and scarf inner from dUCk, and jacket from aere, from FashionValet. Bag and top from Louis Vuitton, pants from Calvin Klein and shoes from Chanel.
Been waiting for IT!
Kuddos RNSab!!
And you V, always gorg!!!
cream-white color really suits u vivy! ๐
Hi Vivy,
Can’t help but notice the description section for aere, not sure if it’s written by FV or by RNS herself, but if it is written by FV, maybe your copywriters/marketing team need to up their game. “unnerving commitment to meticulous attention to detail” um WHAT? Do you mean unwavering? I don’t mean to sound anal, just poor copy is enough to turn me off a brand. I am also available for hire as a copywriter heh.
honestly FV needs to up their game . I once sent an email asking on a product , if it would fit a certain size, and a reply i got from the FV team was a single “NO.”, like nothing else, no hi , no nothing, just a single “NO”. Like really? is that how you respond to customers?. that turned me off, and i barely shop on FV after that (i think once after because i really like the top, if it wasnt for that, i just woudnt).
i’d say no hard feelings, but i dont think i should say that cos i really was taken aback by that kind of response.
i hope you improve on that customer service area.
Quaint indeed! Love how you randomly sit on stranger’s doorsteps and take pics nonchalantly hee.
Mel, thank you for that! I’ve informed the team and it was an overlook indeed. Plssss send us your resume, I’d love to hire you hehe.
Hi feedback, I was mortified to discover that an email like that was sent from FV. I spoke to my CS team and we couldn’t trace this email from the email address you provided. Could you forward the email to us so I can get to the bottom of this? (My email address is on the blog on right bar) It’s not acceptable that my team speaks like this to our customers and I apologise profusely for this. I had no idea and they too were so shocked that this happened.
Thank you Nicole, pipper pepper and AsH!! ๐
