he said mommy
October 27, 2014I’m so annoyed that this is turning into a parenting blog and all I talk about is Daniel because seriouslyyyyy I don’t want to be one of those moms. I swear I have a lot of stuff going on guys, but I forget about them and by the time I want to write, it’s been a year. Oh goddd please don’t let me turn into one of those women you see who takes out her purse and shows you photos of her kids. This is Jack when he was born. This is Jack at 1 month old. This is Jack at 2 months old. This is Jack yawning. This is Jack after he yawned. So cute, right? Oh man… Jack, nothing against you but your mom needs to stopppp.
But this one, this one I need to post so that it is forever immortalized as an important date. You guys need to bear with me on this one because it’s so significant.
Daniel said Mommy.
He can say Daddy, Nenek, Opah, even the maids… but he refuses to say Mommy.
And today… oh today… today is a beautiful day I’ll remember forever.
Ma-meeeeeeee.
*floating on air*
Way to kill a moment, Fadza Shah Anuar.
My daughter pun samaaa. Daddy, diddy, daddy, diddy all the time. Even called me daddy. Tak acknowledge Mommy dia langsung. Then one fine day, Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy~ *dances* She’s 2 now. Waiting for my boy’s turn pulak, who’s 5mths old. See who he calls out first. *places bet*
I love fadza’s humor
Great! -___-”
#hehe
same here.. papa all the way when mama is the one doing everything. my son would only call out mama on desperate times like no one is there to make his milk or he wants someone to turn on the tv. u can try to ignore him so that he would call out mommy just to make him notice u.. hiihih
same with my 1yr8mth baby girl. says daddy diddy all the time.. heck she even says the cat’s name. but no mommy.. y oh y… im gonna “catu” her susu he3 JK
I can’t help noticing you typed in full. No shortforms. It’s rare these days. Bagus nya V!
I dare to say that most of your blog readers won’t mind if Proudduck turns into Daniel’s blog, Vivy π I even look forward to seeing Daniel’s pictures on your Instagram everyday!
You’re a fun mommy, that’s for sure!
On a another note, I noticed it’s ‘fadza shah anuar’ instead of my hubby, love, baby boo, the works.. now I know I’m not the ony one who is ‘formal’.
Salam –
now mmg u tgu2 dia sebut mcm2…but once dah mula bercakap mmg mcm bertih.
my nephew …turn 3 this Dec.
punyalah bercakap dari buka mata, sampai tido.
tunggguuuuu…..
Ishhhh… spoil la fadza.. hahhahaha…
I feel you. I try to teach my son to say ‘Mommy’ and all he gets is ‘Ma’. Once. and the rest will be Da-Da or Ba-ba… like helllooooo…!!!
It’s okay vivy, I love to read about Daniel and your life being a mom hahaha
It made my day okayyy π
Haha adoi la Fadza..kasik can la kat Vivy..haha
Agreed with csm and Azyyati Elias. ^_^ Same goes with my son. All the way ”Ayah, ayah, ayah..” He called me ‘Mama’ instead of ‘Ibu’. Still waiting for him calling me ‘Ibu’ -___-“
nadia, i think that’s because ma, pa and the ‘a’ vocal are the easiest and earliest young ones can pronounce. ibu with ‘u’ vocal will be quite hard.. but the time will come and when your son says it, you’ll be floating like vivy for sure. hehe
